1. Pre-Enrolment Responsibility

By registering for any course, the student confirms that:

• They have reviewed the complete course structure, schedule, and duration.
• All queries have been clarified prior to payment.
• They fully understand and accept the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund (Advance Cancellation)

A 100% refund will be granted if the cancellation request is made more than 7 days prior to the official course start date. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

2.2 Partial Refund (Within 7 Days Window)

If a cancellation request is made within 7 days prior to the course start date, only a 50% refund of the total course fee will be applicable. This deduction accounts for administrative planning, batch allocation, and resource commitment.

2.3 No Refund After Course Commencement

Once the course has commenced (including attending even one session or receiving access to materials), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Components

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Registration / administrative charges (if applicable)
• Study materials (physical or digital)
• Access to recorded sessions, LMS portals, or proprietary content
• One-to-one mentoring sessions already scheduled or delivered

4. Batch Transfer (Support Provision)

In genuine and verifiable cases (such as medical or unavoidable circumstances), ECS IELTS may offer a one-time batch transfer. Approval is subject to management discretion and batch availability. This is a support provision, not a guaranteed right.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment only. Applicable bank or payment gateway charges (if any) will be deducted.

6. Institutional Rights

ECS IELTS reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules, trainers, or mode of delivery (online/offline) without compromising course quality.
• Decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.

7. Acceptance of Policy

Enrollment in any ECS IELTS course constitutes full acceptance of this refund policy. At ECS IELTS, our focus is on serious learners and result-driven outcomes. This policy ensures operational fairness while maintaining the integrity and quality of our programs.
